Lixoft is an SME developing software for the modelling and simulation of treatment effects, patient populations, clinical trials and individual variabilities. Its technologies are based on a 10-year academic research program in mixed effect modelling and statistics at Inria and Ecole Polytechnique (Paris area, France). Lixoft has numerous ongoing projects in precision medicine for various therapeutic areas including central nervous system (CNS), degenerative, immune-mediated-related diseases, and different types of cancer.

- Statistical study and modelling of the extant datasets
- Statistical assessment of the measurement variabilities observed during the Feasibility study.
- Patient population modelling and characterization of inter-individual variabilities
- Statistical modelling and design of the Clinical Validation study.
