LUMC has ample experience with the legal and financial administration of European research projects. LUMC provides expert referral care for Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and Huntington’s Disease (HD). The HD research team has participated in multiple international observational studies, as well as many clinical trials and investigator-initiated European HD studies.

Main tasks in the project

LUMC will fulfil its tasks within WP6. The main role of LUMC will be to recruit HD patients and healthy controls for the clinical validation study (Task 6.5) (current recruitment plan of 35 patients and 10 healthy volunteers). Moreover, LUMC will coordinate study management at the site, ensuring compliance and principles of GCP during conduct of the study (Tasks 6.2 and 6.3). Visit Website
